6. CoC Collection: The exporter or the importer collects the CoC from the PVoC service provider.

7. The importer brings the CoC along with TRA Assessment document, Bill of Lading and Commercial Invoice to TBS Imports Inspection Office to be authenticated/validated.

8. The CoC is verified, signed and stamped if found to be genuine and OK.

1. A Request for Certification (RFC
containing details of the intended importation is submitted by the Exporter to TBS service provider (PVoC contractor) for each transaction subject to the PVoC programme along with:
a. Technical details of the products i.e (brand name, description, model number, manufacturing date, expiring date, features, quantity, supplier, producer, etc.)
b. Available conformity documentary evidence, such as:
i. Third party Certificate of Conformity to relevant standards (Tanzanian or international standards).
ii. Third party Accreditated Laboratory’s Test reports.
