1. The Authorized exporter intending to export lubricants should apply for export permit from the Government Chemist Laboratory Authority (GCLA)
GCLA will arrange a visit to the exporters factory for inspection and
see if the criteria are met
GCLA will set a board meeting to discuss the findings from the
factory visit and approve or decline the application
Once the application is approved the document will be issued for
export permit
NB: The substeps above implies only when the exporter registers for the first
time with GCLA to start exporting lubricants. Once is done, the process will only
involve application to GCLA for next exportations.
