Steps

1. The Exporter make an application for Phytosanitary certificate from PHS in the Ministry of Agriculture Food Security & Co-operatives

2. The Exporter seek for Plant Export Permit and Stamp from Ministry of Agriculture

3. The Exporter make an application for Coffee Export Approval and Quality Certificate from Tanzania Coffee Board (TCB)
-
4. The Saler takes a coffee sample to TCB for testing
-
5. TCB tastes the sample through the testing laboratory
-
6. If the sample qualifies, the coffee to be exported is approved and Export Permit / provision of quality certificate is done
-
7. The Exporter apply for the Health certificate from TFDA online portal if requested by the importing country
