Steps
- 1. The Authorized exporter intending to export lubricants should apply for export permit from the Government Chemist Laboratory Authority (GCLA)

Cost
- USD 150 for less than 10 samples and USD 15 per sample for more than 10 samples for sampling from GCLA
- For more than 100 samples brought by regular customers to GCLA for analysis, Service Legal Agreement (SLA) is encouraged

- 01 to 02 working days for export permit, GCLA
- 90 to 180 working days for Chemicals import permit for first time registarion
