Steps
1. The Authorized exporter intending to export lubricants should apply for export permit from the Government Chemist Laboratory Authority (GCLA)
Inputs
Company Registration Certificate & Business license from BRELA
TIN Certificate and Tax Clearance Letter from TRA
Certificate of origin from TCCIA
Import Permit from the importing country
Radiation free certificate from TAEC
Outputs
Lubricants export permit
Cost
USD 150 for less than 10 samples and USD 15 per sample for more than 10 samples for sampling from GCLA
For more than 100 samples brought by regular customers to GCLA for analysis, Service Legal Agreement (SLA) is encouraged
Duration
01 to 02 working days for export permit, GCLA
90 to 180 working days for Chemicals import permit for first time registarion
